All my life I have always avoided the feeling of boredom, running away from the feeling of boredom. I hated feeling bored. Coped with it by filling up the moments with unfulfilling activities and still ending up feeling drained or frustrated.

Till recently, I just decided to just sit with my boredom, didn’t try to fight it, told myself that it’s okay, safe and beautiful to be bored and I really loved the moment of rest and acceptance of the fact that I have nothing to do right now and it’s okay.

This is something I would love to continue practicing.
